February 12/  Is slow season greetings? I would like to say, “A Happy New Year” at the new year of the traditional lunar calendar. Actually it is an end of the fiscal year at the same time also. Fireworks and firecrackers were so heard in Beijing, but we have busy daily time as usual without nightmare in Tokyo. Influence is given to Japan in earnest from now on, and the problem of PM2.5 is combined with hay fever, therefore we want to say that a mask is a mast? A photograph mentioned above is a streetlight installed at the open space in the central of Eindhoven. If it is the small stands, I can understand this structure, however I can’t image so big thing moves as public lighting in Japan. In Netherland, I think that there is not the sense of incongruity particularly for the moving thing like the bascule bridge or a rotary bridge such as Kachidoki bridge of Tokyo. So that such like big devices operate in this way, as functions. I thought that it was a very splendid idea about direction of the light. Please favor this page this year as well as last year.
