３月２２日/もう直き四月になります。日本では四月が新年度の始まり。世界的には９月が多いので海外留学や外国企業への就職には時差があります。日本のグローバル化は年度のスタートを何時にするのか考えて、進めると良いのではと考えますがこの制度が導入されたのはいつの頃なのでしょう。wikiなどをみると明治の中頃からだというのは分かります。地租徴収に一番適切な時期だったからだと出ていました。最近、留学生受け入れや国際化の波で幾つかの大学が９月入学を認めていますが、これを成立させる為には一年間に渡って開講される講座は聴講し辛いということになり、授業は半年インターバルになりそうです。なんだか、一年かけて学ぶ良さは、知識を肉体化して行く上で回り道が出来ると言う利点があります。何でもスケジュール通りに目標を決めて、達成感を味わうなどということでは創造力の育成は難しいと思う。卒業、入学のシーズン到来ですが年度ということとグローバル化の難しさを考えてみました。９月入学に変更出来ないのは国家予算の編成が４月に向けて行われ、決算も３月末であれば難しいことは眼に見えています。それでもチャレンジしようという教育機関は大変だと思います。
