１２月１３日/やっと師走らしくなって参りました.先日の南の低気圧と違い、本日の雨は霙かと思うほど冷たいものでした。寒い１日でしたが、来年から手伝って貰いたいと思っている人が来ました。まぁ、あまり無理せずに、先ずは慣れてもらいたいものです。嘗て１９８０年頃、N.Y.C.で暮らしていた頃のことですが摩天楼の上階部分が曇って見えないときがあり、凄いなと思った記憶があります。当時よく言われた冗談に、上をキョロキョロ見て歩いている奴は地元の人間ではないというのがありました。概ね正解だと思うのは、生活するに従ってビルの上はあまり見なくなりました。温度計とか時計を見る時くらいでした。渡航当初は見上げたとき、倒れて来るのではないか思いました（笑）。話は変わりまして、現在、本の展示をするキャビネット的なアンティーク家具を探しています。大きなものは、作品の妨げになってもいけませんので品が良く小振りで本も作品も引き立ててくれる家具が欲しいのです。ネットで探していますが、なかなか見つかりません。近日中には探したいと考えています。北欧アンティーク家具から探していたのですが、Hans Jørgensen WegnerのThe Chiarは良いですね本当に欲しいです。来年こそはと思っています。ところが、ネット上では中国産のザ・チェアのオンパレードでした。デザインの版権がきれたので、リプロダクトなのだそうです。そう云えばコルビジェやイームズの椅子も妙に安くて、いまいちピンと来ないものが出回っています。恥ずかしくないのでしょうか。それに引き換え、Hans Jørgensen Wegnerも喜びそうな家具屋が五反田の東京デザインセンターにありますね。あれは凄いな。真似をするのと、学ぶのでは天と地程の差があります。学びを実践するには、熟成させる時間が必要です。それを一足飛びにというは、如何なものでしょうか。どこかの国が、中国の家具メーカーに作らせているとすれば意匠権確保と言う意味で自滅の道しかありません。諸事情お在りになると思いますが、如何なものかと考える次第です。安い生産力の確保より、デザインがどういうものか理解してもらうことの方が大切だと思います。Gマーク制度、意匠権や特許権に関して努力して来たことが無になりそうで、先達の思いを大切にしたいものだ思う次第です。
December 13 /Finally it seems to have become December.Unlike the south low pressure of the other day, it was the thing which was cold so as to think whether rain of today was sleet.It was cold whole day, but the person who thought that we wanted her to help us from the next year came.Well, we want her to be used without overdoing it to herself too much at first .It is the time that I had been in N.Y.C. about 1980’s once.The upper floor part of the skyscraper is clouded, and there is invisible time and remembers that I thought that it is amazing.For a joke said well in those days,the guy who looked at the top restlessly and walked was not a local human being.Almost thinking that it is a correct answer, because I did not look at the top of the building very much as I lived.When it watched a thermometer or a clock that I looked at the top.I went to America; when I looked up at first, I thought that a skyscraper might fall down <g>.The story changes and looks for cabinet exhibiting the book-like antique furniture now.The big furniture is the thing which is not good even if it disturbs of the work therefor I want the furniture which is graceful, and both the book and the work enhance in small size.I look for it on the Internet, but is not readily found.I wants to look for it in a few days.When I looked for it from North Europe antique furniture, I realized The Chiar of Hans Jphirgensen Wegner is good again.I really want that.I am thinking of it in the next year.By the way, it was The Chairs on parade of China production on a net.Because it ran out, the copyright of the design seems to be a re-product.The chair of Le Corbusier and Charles Eames is strangely cheap, and the thing which does not appeal a little is sold if it says so.Will not it be ashamed?On the contrary, there is the furniture maker which seems to be pleased with Hans Jphirgensen Wegner in the Tokyo Design Center of Gotanda.That is great.There is a difference like the sky and the ground when it compares that studies it with doing a thing.Time to let you mature is necessary to practice learning.Will a thing be really good in it at a jump?If some country lets the Chinese furniture maker make it, there is only the way of the natural decay in a meaning to call design right security.I think many circumstances to be it, but think whether it is a right way.Than the insurance of cheap production capacity,I think that it is more important to have you understand what kind of thing the design is better than the insurance of cheap production capacity,It seems to come to nothing to have made an effort about a G mark system, a design right and a patent right and thinks that I want to treasure the thought of the pioneer.
