１１月３０日/名曲「虹の彼方に」は１９３９年に発表された映画「オズの魔法使い」の挿入歌としてジュリー・ガーランドが歌った曲です。世に出るまでは紆余曲折があったようです。作曲者エドガー・イップ・ハーバーグが、幾多の反対にもめげず、世に出た名曲です。作詩はハロルド・アーレンですが、彼は最初は作詩を断ったそうです。理由は、子供が歌うには大人っぽすぎるという理由だったそうです。映画の封切りまで、同じ理由の反対に遭いながらも、上映に漕ぎ着ける訳です。何事も、成功の後で考えればハッピーエンドとなる訳ですが、実際は多くの失敗が存在するのだと思います。失敗を恐れたために抑制し、成功した例はあまり聞きません。それはあまりに当たり前で、話としても面白くないからでしょう。成功した事例に、理屈をつけるのは簡単です。また、それを応用しようというのも、当然の成り行きです。勉強好きに多く見られる現象です。因に、多くの有名無名シンガーがこの曲をカバーしていますが、私の好きな「虹の彼方に」はショーン・コネリー主演/制作の映画「小説家を見つけたら Finding Forrester（2000年）」のエンディングテーマで歌ったイズラエル・カマカヴィヴォオレ、通称IZのものが耳に残って離れません。上記写真は、そのようなのんびりしたものではなく、昨晩からの風景です。何とも血なまぐさい事件の取材に押し掛けた、ある警察署の風景です。事務所の行き帰りに、目にする光景です。現実の厳しさを思い知らされます。暴力は、振るった方が負け、どんな正義があったとしても。それが社会的という奴です。しかし、真実というのは、なかなか見えて来ないのかも知れません。意見の相違は、双方に道理がある訳ですから。こういう時はIZの「虹の彼方に」でも聞いて、コーヒーを飲み仕事に入りたいと思います。Somewhere over the rainbow……….
November 30 /Famous tune “Over the Rainbow” is the music that Julie Garland sang as a song of insertion of movie “The Wizard of Oz” announced in 1939.There seem to have been the twists and turns till it appeared over the world.This is the famous tune which person of composition Edgar Yip Harburg who was not discouraged by much objection gave it over the world.The versification was Harold Arlen, but he seems to have declined versification at the first time.The reason seems to have been a reason to be too early so that a child sang.He managed to reach the screening while encountering the same objection to the new release of the movie.Everything becomes the happy ending if it thinks after success, but actually, considers that there is much failure.I do not hear that much of the example which succeeded because you restrained it for fear of failure.It is too natural, and the reason seems be not witty as a story either.It is easy to add reason to the example that success resembled.In addition, it is the natural matter of course to be going to apply it.It is a phenomenon to be seen a lot in a study enthusiast.By the way, the singer whom it does not ask much famous not being famous covers this music, my favorite “Over the Rainbow” the music that Israel Kaʻanoʻi Kamakawiwoʻole, popular name IZ sang on an ending theme of movie “Finding Forrester” (2000) of the Sean Connery / production starring, it still stays in my ear and does not leave.The photograph mentioned above is scenery from last night not such a thing which took it easy.It is the scenery of a certain police station which thronged to the coverage of a very bloody case.It is a scene to see in going and returning to the office.It is realized real strictness.A person stirred up is generally a defeat about violence, even if there was any kind of justice.It is a social rule.However, it may not readily see the truth.Because the disagreement is the reason why there is the complaint in both sides like “A merchant of Venice”.I would like to hear “Over the Rainbow” of IZ at such time, and wants to begin work after drinking coffee.Somewhere over the rainbow……….Why then, oh why can’t I ? ????
