４月１日/今日はエイプリル・フールと呼ばれる４月１日。日本ではこれから新年度が始まります。春は希望に燃える時ですが、一方で花粉や新たな生活に向けて過ぎた過去などを思い出して少し憂鬱になることもあります。人間、前向きだけでは明る過ぎて眩しいと感じてしまいます。少しだけ陰があるくらいが、丁度良いかもしれません。本日、次期展示について話し合いがあり次回展は６月下旬から７月中旬に掛けて開催されることになりました。人選はこれからですが、乞うご期待下さい。少し前にウェブサイトでこれからの美術館の在り方を１０年以上も前に語り合っている建築家の対談を拝見しました。個性的な美術館長や学芸員の話があり興味深かったのですが、中でも本来は売買される筈のなかった美術館のコレクションを売買した有名美術館の話、個性的な学芸員が美術館を追い出されて次の美術館で企画したコレクション全ての展示の話が眼を引きました。また、展示テーマの企画がムーブメント等ではなく視覚やイメージという括りで、あり得ない作品の同時展示が行われて同じ場所への展示を拒否する作家もいるのではないかという、ただ壁に掛けたり床に置いたりして展示するのではなく脈絡を各々の考え方から切り離し、空間を構成するような展示の話が一番美術館の変化なのではないかと思いました。本来、コレクションが同じムーブメントの作品だけで展示されているプライベートな空間はあり得ず、コレクターの好みが空間に現れますが、学芸員も同じことがいえるのではないか思った次第。ギャラリーも少しチャレンジしても良いのかもしれません。

I was very interested in an individual curator was thrown in an art museum, and the display of all the collection that he planned in the next art museum. Because he might show you that Art Museums are something like that.In addition, all the plan of the display theme is not a movement.A curator is the binding of sight and the image, and the simultaneous display with never occurring works be provided.It is said that there may be the artist refusing the display at the same place.I thought that the story of the display that they separate a connection from each way of thinking and the display is not only put works on the floor over the wall, also constitutes space finally was the change of the art museum mostly.The collection may not naturally have the private space where only the work of the same movement is displayed, the preference of the collector appears in the space, I suppose whether the same thing could say to a curator.Our gallery might challenge like that.
